Glendale Property Management - GPM

I have rented from five other property managers in my life, so I can say wholeheartedly that GPM is a 5-star property management company. From application to move-out, their staff really make all the difference. Edwin, Anthony and Seda are rock stars. I rented a studio apartment for four years, including during the height of the pandemic. GPM was always quick with communication and thoughtful in their approach. One of the things I appreciated was their online portal for rent payments and maintenance requests - it kept things really easy. We would have absolutely stayed with GPM if they had an available property that met our needs. At move out they were fair with inspection and return of security deposit, only knocking off a small deduction for an item we neglected to address. We can't recommend them enough!

Glendale Property Management have been managing our apartment complex for over 4 years now and we have been extremely happy with their service. I have worked with a lot of property managers over the years but Edwin and the rest of GPM team are truly the best. They are so professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the industry. They gave me the peace of mind to know that my property was in good hands. Highly recommended!

Lived in a house that was managed by GPM and they were such an easy management company to work with. The online portal makes it very easy to pay rent and submit maintenance orders. GPM responded very quickly whenever we submitted a maintenance request. They also answered the phone and followed up whenever I called.
