As first-time renters, my roommate and I were initially wary of signing a lease in such an expensive area when we moved in 2017. Luckily, Rick (our landlord) was always very transparent and willing to answer any questions we had about maintenance, billing, and even recommending local services like carpet cleaning. I felt safe knowing we were getting competitive rates, top-notch maintenance service, and that, if a problem should arise, help was always just an email away. Thanks for 3 great years! 18635

I've lived here for 3 years and I would recommend renting from 323 Apartments to anyone I know. I love working with human decision makers that care about the people renting from them. While living here has been mostly smooth, anytime I've had an issue, the team is always quick to respond, takes my problems seriously and is always courteous and polite in our interactions. I can't thank Rick and team enough for a pleasant renting experience!

Rick has been an absolutely phenomenal landlord! Every problem is fixed quickly. Whenever theres an issue, he willing works with us find the smartest and most equitable solution. And he does it all with the friendliest of attitudes! And his online portal makes all our interactions fast and efficient. Thx Rick, youre the best.

Very friendly, easy to work with, and they're prompt about maintaining their rental units. I'd be happy to rent one of their apartments again in the future.
