Review specifically for their well maintained apartment building on Laurel Canyon in Studio City.  Lived there for 12 years, and we cannot say enough nice things about the management at this location.  The husband and wife team work their butts off when we needed something fixed, or helping us with other tenants.  If it wasn't for them, we would have moved years ago.  The elevator can be a bit wonky, but it always worked, so no complaints.

A+++ Property Manager!I want to personally thank Joe M. at NN for his ethics of doing business. My son and I rented an apartment from them a little over 2 years ago. This was NOT a high rent place. The apartment itself wasn't so hot; the carpets and paint weren't new, but everything pretty much worked and it was habitable. We were allowed to have our dog with a pet deposit. Our business relationship with NN was good; they responded to our needs, and we upheld our end of the bargain. After over 2 years of living there, it was time to move and we cleaned everything we could. We hoped that we could get some of our deposit back, but were a little doubtful because of that carpet. Oh man. And yeah, the walls were pretty dirty too from living on a busy street, near 2017's big fire in Burbank, and general pet/cooking/teenager residue of life. But we scrubbed. We vacuumed. We washed. We wiped. We scrubbed and vacuumed again. We figured that if we got back a good chunk of our deposit, it would be like getting paid really well for some house cleaning.Joe, thank you so much for honoring our efforts. You gave us our ENTIRE deposit back, even the pet deposit. This proves that you are truly an ethical businessman. I know other landlords who would definitely try to squeeze some, if not all, of the deposit from a former tenant. But you held to your principles and I am grateful for that. I 100% recommend NN Property Management to owners and renters. He clearly represents the property owner while being fair with the tenants. Exactly what I consider ethical business practice.
