Wall Street HOA Management

I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. They have poor customer service. Extremely unprofessional in their approach and handling of accounts. There needs to be a greater focus on quality improvement and optimization of customer service.

I would not recommend this horrible management company to anyone. They don't take home maintenance seriously, I had a water leak that was coming from the main pipe in the building and they kept putting me off, telling me to give them more time and then not responding. After a week then they finally sent someone which is crazy because it should have been treated as an emergency. They claim on the homeowner portal that they are available 24/7 to deal with emergencies such as leaks, however I had a steady leak coming into my unit for over a week. This company is absolutely horrible, do not trust and be prepared to handle every expense on your own, they are just there to collect your money.

They added a charge to my account of $1500 and never notified me. Unprofessional. Please do not trust this company with HOA management unless you want surprises and being fully on your own. Charge money and do not do work. Unresponsive and rude. I do not recommend. Looking to switch the building to a new company. No meetings in the past 2 years. Please look elsewhere and good luck

They will hang up. They will take your info and claim to call you back. They will forward to random voicemails. They will pretend you talked to someone else and make up a name. They wont help you even if its an emergency. This place is a scam.
