Absolutely the most unprofessional unreliable place of medicine I have been to. The office manager Sahar is the most unreliable and unprofessional person you could  ever deal with. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone to schedule any time of procedure. Also, they do not take any insurance and claim they are only out of pocket. I do NoT recommend this place for any procedure. Stay away

Wow this practice is unethical and immoral when it comes to billing for a procedure, we agreed to a payment of almost $300 copay for a wisdom tooth extraction (we are delta ppo insured and the front desk stated this is what we owed for the procedure). A couple weeks later, front desk is calling us saying we owe another $1000, saying insurance doesn't cover much WTF?! This practice with garabedian and Kotikian dental Corp is extremely shady!! And Looking at everyone's complaints, so many others have the same experience with this practice!!! this is a common theme and they are involved in extorting and over billing/billing fraud, all the patients going here need to file a complaint with the dental board and call the Consumer Hotline at 800-927- 4357 to file a complaint so these crooks can stop their deceitful practices! Save yourself the headache and do not come here, never in my life have I dealt with this sort of scam extortion billing

I had a tooth extracted by a doctor hereBefore the weekend the tooth became more and more painful- i requested to be seen and drove an hour to be seen by a Tieng dentist. Took one look and said you're fine, you'd be in a lot more pain if there was an infection. No X-ray nothing. How much more pain should i be in?  By saturday i was writhing in pain and had to go to an emergency dentist. He at first said i had a dry socket but wanted me to be seen by another oral surgeon. All this time my original surgeon at pacific oms contacted me once finally! Saying hey sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you.. well - turns out the new oral surgeon had to make an incision and found i had an infection that went to the bone.Sorry it wasn't enough pain for pacific oms to take seriously.When confronted they said i had refused antibiotics I have had extractions before and never needed antibiotics and healed fine.The doctor had such a hard time getting my tooth out i thought he would have to call in a colleague to get it out themselves.This place doesn't seem good and i wish i had read reviews before going.
