Dear Dr. Armen Gregorian, I am writing to thank you for performing my hemorrhoidectomy operation on March 6, 2024. I am very grateful for your expertise and compassion throughout the whole process. Before the surgery, I was suffering from severe pain, bleeding, and discomfort due to my hemorrhoids. I had tried many treatments, but nothing seemed to work. I was losing hope and quality of life. Thanks to your surgery, I am now free from those symptoms and feeling much better. I appreciate your clear explanation of the procedure, the risks and benefits, and the recovery process. You made me feel comfortable and confident in your care. I also want to thank the nurses, technicians, and staff at the hospital for their kindness and professionalism. They were attentive, helpful, and friendly during my stay. They made a difficult situation more bearable. You and your team have made a positive difference in my life. I am so thankful for your service and dedication. I would highly recommend you to anyone who needs a hemorrhoidectomy. Sincerely, Kevin Kim

My gallstones sent me to the hospital last week and I was looking for a surgeon to remove my gallbladder. Dr. Gregorian was able to see me right away and worked to get me scheduled for the soonest available surgery. The surgery went smoothly, but 2 weeks later I started having severe abdominal pain again and while his staff was still nice and helpful, Dr. Gregorian was very dismissive and condescending and sent me away with the advice to "eat an apple a day" and no other help despite the pain keeping me from working and eating and sleeping. I will definitely be seeking a second opinion...

The energys just good here. Dr. Gregorian and the receptionists were accommodating and made me feel welcomed. I was struggling with a fissure for over a month, it was really effecting my quality of life. They got me the medicine I needed right away and it did the trick. Grateful for this team!

Following the ordeal, Glendale Adventist Medical Center contacted me to apologize and promised to provide a written statement that I could use.. They are also conducting their own investigation on Dr. Armen Gregorian. I am filing a complaint about him with the medical board of CA. Despite their efforts to make amends, the trauma and distress caused by the events persist. I underwent gallbladder removal surgery at Glendale Adventist Medical Center, performed by Dr. Armen Gregorian on 11/22, and was discharged the following day. However, the experience was marked by distressing events. Upon admission through the ER, I endured a stressful 9-hour wait with multiple scans, lacking clear information about the timeline. Subsequently, Dr. Gregorian performed the surgery on the 3rd day after my admission. Following my release, I attempted numerous calls to Dr. Gregorian's office due to suspicions of complications. However, his unresponsiveness for four days left me deeply concerned about my well-being. The surgery's failure, resulting in a rare bile leak (0.5-2% chance), was attributed to Dr. Gregorian's inadequate care. His dismissive remarks only exacerbated my frustration. Also, not checking for me and not knowing I had a complication of bile leaks could have resulted in my death during these four days. The events that followed the post-surgery failure to diagnose and treat the cystic duct stump leaks were understandably very distressing. Given the fact that a bile leak was a known risk of this type of surgery, symptoms and the failure to take any steps to investigate my pain was a breach of duty. Dr. Gregorian kept saying just cystic duct stump leaks hurt my feelings, also since this occurs in very rare occasions such as a 0.5-2% chance, not to mention my emotional trauma and missed work. On 11/27, I returned to the ER, enduring another 10-hour wait despite severe illness. An additional operation, ERCP on 11/29, became necessary due to Dr. Gregorian's incompetence. I now face another procedure to remove the stent in 8 weeks, all due to this traumatic experience caused by an unprofessional and incompetent surgeon. These past 12 days have been a living nightmare. I've never encountered such struggles; it's been emotionally and physically traumatizing. Had I known about Dr. Gregorian's history of malpractice, I wouldn't have endured two prolonged hospital stays. My anger and disappointment cannot adequately convey the depth of my distress. Missing 3 weeks of my work and receiving unnecessary medical bills. I also have a scheduled ERCP procedure to remove my stent on 1/26/24, and this procedure is absolutely not necessary if Dr. Gregorian did not fail at the first surgery and did not neglect me for bile leaks. I have to cancel our Christmas vacation as well. Not to mention the emotional trauma I am still experiencing to this date. On top of it, after the surgery, I still have some pain in my right abdominal area/back. Im back to ERat Glendale Adventist 12/26 /23 and got turned down by on call doctor Friend MD David Ian saying everything is fine you can go home after waiting 6 hours miserably. I went back again 12/28/23 and this time my surgeon Dr tabibian helped me to admitted and I had ERCP stent removal that day. because I had abdominal pain for 5 weeks after post op of gallbladder surgery and they found a left over stone and removed it I believe its Gregorians duty or breach if I didnt come today stone was still in my body and keep giving me massive pain 2days ago when I went to dr Gregorians office. He said abdominal pain is healing pain and I told him I do not think so since its has been 5 weeks from operation and I am having 10/10 pain and you should run MRI. But he didnt do nothing but prescribed me oxicodaine. He definitely didnt have a compassion or carried out his duty as a physician where I suffered 5 weeks post op. That is breach of his duty as a physician.
