        Came to Optum office with my wife on Jan 2nd 2024. It was her first time visit and the office scheduled her with Dr.hanna. She wanted to get checked by the doctor since it was her first time as she had some concerns. Dr Hanna told her that she does not have time to check her and she should come back after doing patient onboarding lab work. It is shame that the doctor does not even take time to listen to patients concern.What a disgrace to doctors community. Right after the appointment we told the reception about the visit and they told us that they would notify management and call us later but that did not happened. And guess what, we received a $180 bill for that visit that just waisted our time.

        Doctor Hanna is a very caring and kind doctor. She is very genuine and warm, takes her time to listen to her patients ' concerns, and has the skills to explain complex medical concepts. Also, the office staff is very professional and kind.

        I had posted a negative one star review last week, and Im changing it. Yes my experience that day was negative but Ive never had issues in all the years Ive gone here, theyve always been a great place to go. One experience shouldnt change that and they also really made sure to follow up with me and take care of the issue, which was really appreciated.

        Dr Maria Bykowsi is my favorite doctor I have ever had! Highly recommend her! She is very smart knowledgeable and sweet. I feel very comfortable with her and am very happy to have such a trustworthy, thorough, friendly and professional doctor! Best ever Also, Jose at the front end of Optum descanso is an amazing person! He greets you with a beautiful smile and always asks how we are doing. He keeps it very clean and runs everything so smoothly. Whenever I call he is there to answer any question I have an I appreciate that so much! Thank you JOSE!
