Legacy Glendale is an amazing gym that has both Gi and No-Gi classes! Coach Flexx offers everything that I look for in his No-Gi Jiu Jitsu class! He breaks down the practicality of the techniques in class and also walks around to help students fix any issue/question they may have. What I love about this class is that it helps you develop sequences between techniques and provides effective pathways for you to use and grow upon! The end of class provides great specific training, rolling sessions, and he often lets us stay after (much like an open mat) if we choose to. Ive developed my skills faster in Flexxs class than any class taken before. Highly recommend for any level!

Legacy Jiu-Jitsu is a fantastic place for kids! We recently enrolled our child and have been so impressed. The coaches are top-notch - not only are they skilled in Jiu-Jitsu, but they're incredibly patient and attentive with each kid. They create a fun and supportive environment where every child feels encouraged to learn and grow. It's a great way for kids to build confidence, discipline, and self-defense skills. Highly recommend Legacy for any family looking for a family-friendly Jiu-Jitsu program!

We were looking for an after school activity for our kids to do. We tried a few places around the neighborhood. But this place stood out right away. They are very kid friendly. They teach the kids techniques, while also keeping it fun. I had some concerns as we have an autistic child. But all doubts were put to rest. Since coaches are very hands on and work individually with kids that need more one on one time. Legacy has quickly become a second home to us!

This place is amazing. They are GREAT with kids. My kids have learned soo much. They are more confident and disciplined. They have also got better at following instructions. I would also definitely recommend this place for adults, unlike a gym, everyone is so friendly, it feels great to see everyone every day.

I am always grateful for the professors and coaches who are kind yet firm in molding my son, who can be a handful at times. Our family looks forward to pizza nights, which serve as date nights for my wife and me. We are so happy to belong here.
