        Louis of Evans Heating and air was busy when I called him but he said he would do his best to come out. He did and he tried the obvious and easiest fixes which just didn't work. Turned out a fans motor had burned out. He explained, ordered the part and installed the next day. Clean, mater of fact and very respectful. Call this company for your heating and air concerns. Glad I did!

        Louis rushed to our aid with ann emergency furnace repair for our aging mothers house. He persisted and did not give up despite the amount of time and effort it took him to finally fix it (for the time being) and we are truly grateful for his commitment to helping us out in our time of need.

        First time using Evan'sHeating and Air and I am so happy to say I have a new HVAC contractor to service my Day and Night HVAC system. I contacted Louis on 11/28/23 as my gas furnace was not working and sending error code 23. Within minutes he had filled me in with history on the newer low emission furnaces and knew exactly what was needing replacement on my unit. By 11 AM 11/29/23 Louis had his tech Junior at my home replacing the part and within 10 minutes the unit was up and running. Exceptional knowledge, customer service and pricing!!
