First I found it remarkable that this business was open until 11:30 and i needed help at 11:15p.m. Sure enough they answered the phone! I explained the problem with the a/c and was told they'd be out the next day (a Sun.) to assess the problem. I was thrilled b/c another company told me it would be 3 days! As promised they came and assessed the situation the next day. Here's the amazing part! The outside unit just needed tweaking. Other than that it was working fine! AND! There was NO charge! No service call charge even. I give them an A+++ for customer service along with 5 *****.
