If youre doing store pick up DONT! Not only did I walk in and waited for over 10 mins to be attended, not a single associate acknowledged me. A simple acknowledgment would have gone a long way instead of basically ignoring me. Then when she finally did help she did it with an attitude because I took her away from the opportunity of other customers that had just walked in. Youre better off going to Pasadena or Hollywood where they have actual customer service especially when spending so much money!

When I was helped by Diana, she made me feel very pressured and rushed during separate times that I had come in. I understand its the holiday season and you want to make money but come on. She wasnt rushing the customers who were purchasing multiple items. I also noticed they seem to joke around behind customers backs. I dont mind waiting for help at all but I was hoping to find what I was looking for so I wouldnt have to order online. But after being helped by Diana Id rather be inconvenienced with shopping online than feeling judged and rushed in store. Never visiting this location again.

After waiting for a little bit at the Pandora at Glendale Galleria Mall in California. I was approached by the Assistant Mgr Lisa. She was incredibly with keeping calm while the store was extremely full. I described what I as looking for and she nailed it. She was professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and a beautiful smile. What a great employee. I would definitely come back.

First before most we walked into the store we waited for a couple minutes the sales associate (Luis) finished with the customer he was helping , someone elses walks in and helps them first when I was standing there waiting not just thats, he finished with the customer and helps another lady before me when I been standing there for the past 10 minutes. The Audacity !!!!
