Berenice helped me and my mom about a week ago and she was helpful but I dont appreciate her offering people to get the credit card TELLING THEM THIS WILL NOT AFFECT THEIR CREDIT AT ALL! Just because she wants to make a stupid sale and commission. I asked her twice if it will affect my credit and she said oh no this is completely separate from the banks and we dont report to any credit bureaus which I shouldve known was a lie!

They have the worst customer service. They are always short-staffed, even though they moved to a bigger location in Brea Mall. On Friday, the manager had customers wait in line even though only 2 customers were inside. I waited 10 minutes in line, and when I went in, they told me that they couldn't do the cleaning. I told them I had already waited, and the manager was not welcoming at all. He said they couldn't do it on the weekend.

Our first time visiting the store. We were there with the birthday girl for her first Pandora bracelet. A gentleman was courteous and knowledgeable about the products. He was also extremely patient in the process of training a new staff who happen to be a Pandora enthusiast. She took time to process our order, but we were not in a rush. Applied for the store card to receive an extra first-order discount.
