Love Pinnacle! This bank answers the phone, in person, within a ring or three. They can actually solve problems via the phone vs our other bank would have required me to come in person. They save me a lot of time. They know me by name when I walk into any branch. How do they do that? In this day and age, it's refreshing.Really nice people here, and at the other branches too. 5 stars from a hard to please, crotchety old man.

This is one of the most personable and professional banks I've experienced since the days when I accompanied my dad to the old California Bank in the 60's. They truly are exceptional and unique in many ways.

The people at this bank are super nice and of great service to me and my non-profit agency. I opened my account at Pinnacle because I was unhappy with 'that bank', I found their attention to clients was wanting.Now at Pinnacle, I find that on entering I am greeted with sincere hellos and pleasant smiles. These are super nice and efficient persons. You deserve a substantial raise.A very happy client.Ed Sanchez

Great managements/taff, and excellent service!!! They go the extra mile to take care of clients. Happy I moved to them from Chase around 6+ years ago.
