When it comes to selling the home that you've lived or known for over a decade and selling the property becomes a daunting task that you don't want to take on then I suggest you reach out to an expert. I tried to help my mom take care of this from an owner's stand point, but at the end of the day it comes down to reliable sources who are trust worthy. Kris Garrido tirelessly accompanied my wife, Annie, and I, as we meandered from one condo-for-sale to the next one. I, for one, sometimes couldn't tell which is which, because we've seen a lot of them, often more than one per day. But Kris was practically always there, patiently facilitating us as we meet seller representatives, not all of them informative, or even friendly. He facilitated our queries and always made an effort to get the answers. He is the one who helped made us increasingly confident, to finally be able to make a choice.
