We worked with two other agents for almost a year and failed to buy a house . We were looking for a realtor who was very responsive but not pushy. We approached Frank on recommendation of a colleague. Meeting our expectations , he was very prompt in scheduling visits. He responded to our questions as soon as possible. He has exceptional communication and analysis skills. As soon as we told him we liked a house , he was in touch with the listing agent. He could get a lot of information from the agent. Based on that he would advise the offer strategy. In a strong seller's market, we made offers on three homes with Frank's help. Two of them were in top 4 and an the third offer got us our home. We are first time home buyers and Frank made the process easy. He was very patient and took time to explain and help us understand whenever there was a confusion or a question. Frank is an exceptional agent and we strongly recommend him.

Earlier this year, I was looking to move to the Huntington Beach area and Frank was my realtor for finding a new home. I can't praise him enough as he went above and beyond in making this process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He was very easy to work with, and also had an extensive knowledge of the area. When it came to tour homes, Frank was always helping us evaluate the house, the price, and whether it would be the right fit. In addition, some of the houses we toured were based off his recommendation, and were great options that I would've previously been unaware of. When we decided on our top options, Frank also did a great job negotiating and we were able to successfully close on our top option despite multiple other interested buyers. During the entire process, he was always extremely transparent and responsive, so I never felt like I was missing information or unsure about what was going on. Overall, Frank is an extraordinary agent and I really enjoyed working with him. He did a fantastic job and ensured I was able to purchase my dream home!

We were very impressed upon meeting Frank. We signed the listing & he took charge after viewing the property , having professional photo's inside & out of the property. If we had a question he would respond with the answer quickly. Once the house was listed he arranged showing of the house by appointment only & he would check with us first before giving the appointment date & time. The house was only on the market for 4 days & we had 9 offers . Frank required all offers to be pre-approved before he showed us any offers. We decided on the offer that was pre-approved & $30,000.00 over the listing price. The escrow & close of the property took only 28 days. As first time buyers, there is no one else I'd recommend more than Frank. He walked with us through the entire process and never stopped answering our endless questions.. and believe me our questions were endless. We requested multiple phone calls to go over the same things and he always made time, answered patiently, and never ever made us feel like we were being silly for triple checking anything that came to mind. He showed us multiple houses month after month to the point I feared he would get tired of our pickiness, but he never showed an once of complaint. He never made us feel pressured to make decisions and let us take our time even if it meant more working time for him. He was always level headed, gave us the facts, gave us his opinions through his wealth of experience, and helped us every step of the way. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Frank and I've already told him he better be working still in 8-10 years when I may buy again! We went through escrow twice - and the first time the sellers were being wishy washy and ultimately decided not to sell. Frank made sure we were protected, got all of our earnest money deposit back, PLUS got us some extra money back to cover for expenses such as inspections and appraisals (we got more than enough to cover what we actually paid). He definitely fought for us every step of the way. The house we ended up purchasing was a house that wasn't even on our radar. But Frank set up a tour for us to see multiple houses he selected based on what he had seen we had liked. We decided we wanted to put in an offer for one of those houses and Frank suggested a much lower number than the asking price. I didn't think we'd get it in this market (this was before the fast interest rate hikes), but we got our offer accepted and the rest is history. Frank didn't stop once escrow closed - he continues to check in on us, gives amazing references for any type of work we want to do (i.e. HVAC, Plumbers, Contractors, Countertop guys, Floor guys, etc.), and has stayed connected to make clear that he is there to help beyond making a sale. We truly felt he was on our side and he definitely knew what he was doing. Thank you Frank!
