I.T.O. Insurance Agency - Turning 65 Medicare & Health Insurance

I have some questions regarding different insurance plans, mainly MediCal vs Covered California and other private insurances. We had a good long conversation over the phone, Jessica was very helpful, she was knowledgeable and patient to explain to detail to all of my questions. I'm very glad I have Jessica as my health insurance agent. She is a great listener, professional and very knowledgeable. I had a couple of bad insurance agents before and they messed up my insurance plan so it was hard for me to trust another agent with my own personal problem when it comes to applying for health insurance. Jessica walked me through the whole process and explained to me everything in detail with what I should do because everyone's situation is different. Must go to Jessica! By far the most knowledgeable and helpful agent out there. I had to help my dad apply for Medicare and I had no idea where to start. Jessica helped me step by step and answered any questions I had (which I had a lot). She was patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Made it a seamless process. She helped me gather all the forms needed so I could get it right the first time!  All the information needed were encrypted which I really appreciate being with all the online scams nowadays! Not only that, when I found out she knows about covered California I decided to have her help me with my own health insurance when I got laid off. Highly recommend!

Jessica is an amazing insurance agent.  I know this because she was able to help my Dad find the perfect plan.She is very understanding of her client's needs and takes her time to thoroughly research, in order to provide the best course of action for her clients.
