I used to have an accident and at that time, I was insured under another insurance company. It took me 3 days to finally reach them and the claim procedure took like forever, so I decided to cancel my policy and was referred by a friend to Kevin agency. My first impression was that the customer service rep was very helpful when I gave them a call to ask for a quote. After that, I got the chance to speak to Kevin. He's the principle agent and very knowledgeable of insurance. He spent his time explaining to me the coverage limit in great details so that I could make appropriate decision on what to buy. Thanks to the multiple line discounts (I bought Auto and Home insurance altogether) and other discounts as well, the premium turned out to be very reasonable. It's not as expensive as I expected. After everything is done with contracts and payment, he also told me about the Referral Program. I then referred my cousin there. She was also very pleased with the service and decided to change her auto insurance to his agency. Due to this referral, I received $20 gas card from them. Yay!!! So in short, I highly recommend this place for not only good service but also great deals!

Kevin was very nice and helpful. He made sure that I clearly understood my insurance coverage and gave me advice on what I should purchase. The payment process was also quick and convenient.
