Hyatt Regency Orange County

The location is convenient if you plan to visit Disneyland. Overall is clean and nice. We found a stain on our bedsheet but housekeeping team responded quickly. David, the head of the parking lot, is the reason why I give this hotel a 5-star rating. He is truly amazing! On a rainy day during our stay (The Easter weekend), juggling kids in and out like a shuttle bus, David's assistance was invaluable. His professionalism and high level of care for the hotel stood out to me. I even began to wonder if he might be the CEO in disguise, observing the parking lot operations incognito.

Worst Hyatt Ive ever stayed. Ive been to other Hyatt place but this one gets one star. Disappointed Rooms: Not to book this Hyatt again.

First time in this hotel. It is located on the left side of the atrium. They have a couple of restaurants, check in desk and restrooms on the lobby. They even have a Starbucks on the right hand side. Elevators are located on the left hand side by the stairs. Rooms are clean and look brand new. They do not have carpet though. Bathroom door looked real old and there was no fan in it. stayed in the 16th floor and had a nice view to the atrium. However, we noticed that the windows have one layer only. It feels that they can break easily. So we tried to stay away of it, specially if you have little kids. TV is 65 a lot of available channels, beds are confortable and bathroom pretty much decent. They do not offer complementary breakfast though. You can choose eating breakfast in one of the restaurants in the lobby at $28 per person (updated April, 7 2024)
