The hotel and staff were nice. Rooms were small but doable. The negatives are no tennis courts. They promote it on their website but the staff never heard of it. The pool was broken down for half our trip but when it opened the smell of garbage was so bad that our family couldnt stay in the pool. Room key wont get you in you need to get a physical key each time you go to the pool. We had hotel alarms go off right before bed. The open area was noise all night. If you stay with the family get a noise machine. The art bus outside the hotel was good for leaving but coming back to the hotel was horrible. Since the hotel was so big there are a lot of groups and are noise all the time. If you need a good hotel to relax in I would stay somewhere else. Also watch out for all the leaks in the ceiling they are everywhere

The remodel ruined the ambience. Doesn't feel like a vacation/family hotel anymore. We have been booking here for the last 5 years during spring break and by removing the greenery and water has made it so boring.
Nothing is nice with the remodel.
Rooms were ok.
The toilet had low water pressure.
There was pet food on the floor in the bedroom from previous guest.
Sunflower seeds on the floor in the front room.
Sad to say we won't be booking here anymore.

Our room was not stocked at all. The shower curtain wasn't big enough to close all the way. We paid for a fireworks suite on a Saturday night, but there were no fireworks. The lobby doesn't even have coffee except during breakfast. The "restaurant" is a joke - it's just a very small bar, and the "dining room" projects the opposite of diner-friendly ambiance. Apparently the sky high roof leaks, as was evident from the squishy & smelly carpet and buckets all around to catch water from the rain. During breakfast, parents let their kids jump and play in the water buckets. No staff seemed to care (and didn't bother putting up wet floor signs). I honestly feel like all the staff kinda just gave up on even trying. My boyfriend needed to borrow a pen, there weren't any in our room so he asked the front desk - she took down our hotel room # in case we didn't return A PEN. What a poor look! I went to the front desk to ask for an ibuprofen and she told me to go to the hotel next door and ask. I guess next time I'll just stay at the hotel next door, instead! Pretty shameful, this is the worst embassy suites I've ever been to. They're usually classy, not ghetto! $210 for one night for this terrible experience is absolutely shameful. I would be very embarrassed if i was in management here.
Rooms: Very poorly stocked. Empty mini fridge, only 2 packets of coffee, the shower curtain didn't fit the shower so the floor got wet every time we showered. No fan in the bathroom, either.
Food & drinks: Very Poor quality free breakfast; the restaurant is overpriced and not an actual restaurant - just a bar, and the dining room is just the same area as the breakfast room. Very sad excuse for a "restaurant", if you can even call it that.
