Identogo

This place is a jokemade reservations online in June for an appointment on July 6th. I get to the office not only is the building locked down with a pass code needed but I needed to wait until someone left. Once inside theres a sign on the door saying closed and they are only open 2 specific days. 1st thanks for the lack of emails stating this.2nd no phone number to call this specific office neither on the door or on the website. Note all the other offices list a phone number so word of warning dont waste your time here go to another office for professional assistance.

This location canceled my appointment after I had already arrived at their office and after my scheduled appointment time began. If you are planning to come here for TSA Pre-check enrollment I would recommend scheduling your appointment somewhere else. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment start time. It took me a few minutes to find the correct entrance since the parking lot around the building was under construction, but I was still able to call the number to obtain the code that opens the building door and enter the office before my appointment start time. There is no reception for check-in; just a clipboard to sign in. While I was seated in the waiting area I received an email two minutes after my appointment's scheduled start time notifying me that my appointment had been canceled. There was no one to confirm this with as there is no one helping with check-in. Very frustrating since I drove out of my way to this appointment rather than to a location that was closer to me because they showed availability. I would strongly advise anyone considering this location for TSA pre-check to make their appointment elsewhere since there is no assurance that they will honor your appointment.

I've read the handful of reviews about Identogo here on Google and I have to say, the positive reviews aren't nearly positive enough, and the negative reviews seem to pick at -- or address -- details that have since been resolved. The address to the building is clearly marked from the street and the location is easy to find. The description "around back, up the stairs" is so simple and direct it's difficult to understand why people couldn't find the door and stairs to the second floor (Suite 227 would be on the second floor) and the door clearly says "For TSA or PreCheck call this number for door code." I called the number, punched the code, gained immediate access! Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by one of the two ladies staffing the location. The waiting area was clean with multiple hand-sanitizing stations. The process to get my TSA Approved Traveler verification completed took less than 4 minutes from start to finish. I did notice one reviewer said "Walk-ins" are difficult. I had an appointment, arrived early (as a courteous customer does), and was in and out in no time. The hours ARE Limited, but a business can specify their own hours as they do -- they aren't a 24/7 convenience store... I don't know what the process to become a "Known Traveler" is supposed to be like, but if all government ID registration/ID processes were as easy as this, you'd be hard-pressed to find fault with their efficient and friendly process at Identogo. Five Stars -- easy.
