They dont do anything. Someone stole me and my childrens ebt in a whole other state and took it all. How does that happen? As soon as the office was open I went and told them everything they told me 30 days. Im a single widowed mother of three that isnt working or have any family support and they did nothing. They canceled my card and its been over 30 days and I still havent received another one. On top of that me and my kids have been without food and no one can help!

I can't understand the bad reviews posted. Maybe I got lucky. I arrived at 9:45am on a Monday. The staff was nice and friendly. Yes, there was a line when I got there but it went pretty quick. The waiting for my assigned number to be called wasn't very long either. My case worker was courteous and very helpful. Total time spent from the time I got out of my car to finishing the whole process and back to my car took about 25+ mins. Maybe if you go later in the afternoon might take much longer. Only bad thing is no one answers the phone, so it's better to just go there and take care of it personally with a person.

Staff was very helpful. Not sure if Brenda morante was having a bad day or what but nobody deserves to be spoken to the way she speaks OVER you and doesn't let you speak. She sent me to the wrong window lol this is why people dislike coming to these places.

Staff is trash. They don't want to do anything but screw with you, especially people with mental disabilities. They also don't contact you if they plan to terminate your medicaid for example. Not even the IRS could levy over half your SSDI check it's plain illegal. They operate outside the rule of law.
