Has difficulty with shaping fillings and crowns to fit my bite. Didn't have this problem with his coworker. The last straw was when I kept telling him that the bite was off with the crown on my upper molar, he carved into my lower molar instead so that there's an overhang there while the crown potrudes on the inner part. His excuse was that my lower molar was pushed up to much, which he never told me before. Kind of suspicious with how off it feels now to. Not only that, he didn't even ask me before he started doing this. Just permanently altered my body without my consent. Regardless of whether this was the best treatment plan or not, I need to be informed. Will not be going back to him.

Theres isnt INE bad thing I can say about Dr. Van and his staff. He is patient, caring and great with people with disabilities.
