This place is so rude and doctor have a bad behavior

Firstly, I came in for my appointment time to be told that they could not see me and I would have to wait an extra hour and a half. Secondly, I came in to check on wisdom tooth that was giving me pain. They took X-rays and said they would send to insurance to get the confirmation to take them out. 2 months passed and I still haven't heard back. I called the office and said what happened to my appointment, my tooth is starting to cause me some pain. The secretary said they accidentally never sent out the information to insurance. She said she would send it out right then. Another 2 months and I still haven't heard anything!! I called AGAIN and the secretary said they had only just sent the forms out a month ago. Regardless of how long it takes for insurance to get back, I had an appointment 4 months ago. They took 3 months to send out the form. Lastly, it feels like they don't care about me or the pain I've been in because of my tooth. The male dentist (I don't remember his name) had horrible bedside manner and seemed like he was in a rush to move on to the next patient (even though I had waited over an hour to see him without complaint). Every time I asked him a question, he huffed and puffed like a grumpy elderly professor who needs to go retire. **Also, one of their reviews is by an employee, Jennie. The other reviews are probably from family or other staff members as well.
