        The guy with long hair is a piece of you know what! He didn't want to help me, or honor the deal that I had arranged with Alejandra, he shrugged me off. I felt like he was being lazy, and wanted to go sit down in the back room? I felt like I was bugging him, or interrupting him. I have been going there for about 8 years, and I will NEVER GO BACK THERE. I hope the owner reads this, and he gets fired. Shame on him.

        Closing time says 8:30pm online and on the sign at the store and I got there at 8:20pm and he was closing up already and turned me away. Saying that they told him to close early since there were no customers. Which made no sense because I am a customer. I wasted my time rushing over after work to make it before they closed just for that to happen. Very disheartening. Updated: Owner reached out told me to email her which I did Tuesday 1/16/24 and havent heard back its been 3 days now. Pointless.
