Front door of office was covered with dust. Sharps container was full. Place was generally dirty. No text to confirm dr appt. I waited 3 weeks for appt. No other patients tho I waited 3 weeks. Dr would NOT fill out fmla form tho I had it last year. My condition is permanent. He didn't even smile when I said I donated kidney a make a wish kid. Possibly just trying to make money. Very sad.

Im so disappointed in Dr Patel. Ive been sick for a month with acute bronchitis and pneumonia, and that was only determined by the hospital because Dr Patel REFUSED to see me due to rising cases of covid. When I called to get help at least over the phone, they sent me a pulmonologists referral just to be told I cant be seen until May. I call Dr Patels office again to ask for another doctor for help, and was told by the doctor himself that I should complain to my insurance provider and request a new doctor. THAT is how Dr Patel works unprofessional and illegal. Disgusting behavior. Do better, Dr Patel.

I went to see Dr Patel for the first time for my wellness exam and wanted to tell him that Ive been having stomach pain and my stomach looks uneven, one said it chubbier than the other side. He didnt see me till 1 hour in a half after my appointment time. He came in and was super rush doing small tedious exam and I told him my issue and he basically told me Im fat to go on a diet. Worst visit ever I had to call my insurance and change my PCP and medical group so I wont have to him anymore. They charge my copay even though it was a annual wellness exam. The staff there are completely rude, when I first arrived the front desk lady was on her cell phone with no mask and didnt even acknowledge me until I said something. The clinic is super outdated and had a weird smell. NEVER AGAIN
