image Won't give you an appointment until December. Ca law they have to see you within 10 business days. I left my last doctor due to having same issue. Update - I have already called several times to try and make an appointment with still being told my doctor has no availability until December, no walk ins available for sick patients either. I have filed a complaint with the quality intervention services dept with my health plan as they advise PCPs have to have availability within 10 business days, and waiting for a call back from an office manager. I'm sick, I don't have energy to call a 4th time to find out there are no appointments until December. Update: I finally got an appointment after filing a complaint with my insurance. I got bloodwork done and was waiting on labs for a possible diagnosis. I had to call the doctors office three times to get my results, asked for call back from the doctor as I was having abdominal pain and waiting on results. Asked 3/4 times for the doctor to call me back. The doctor has never called back. I had to advise the doctor office how ro request for a medication/injection. They had NO idea what they were doing. Asked 7 times for the prior auth to be submitted to my PMG as it's a medical benefit not pharmacy. It took me filing another complaint with my insurance and talking to a rude nurse supervisor, Dee. She completely dismissed me and told me my PMG denied services, but refused to give me any denial information. Than she proceeded to tell me insurance isn't going to cover it as I didn't have a certain diagnosis. I advised I didn't ask for her two cents I'm asking for the auth to be submitted correctly to my PMG. Dee advised this was the first she was hearing that the auth needs to go to PMG. I advised funny, I have been calling in and advising 7 times now it needs to go to PMG, and your office keeps advising they did it to the PMG. Everytime I try to confirm with PMG, they have no requests. Dee advised she would get the denial information for me and call me back. I needed this info so I can appeal. She never called back. At least this time it was submitted and low and behold approved. Now I'm having a hard time filing injection, and here we go all over again. Doctor doesn't call back, and is refusing to put in prior auth requests.
