Dr. Wali provides great medical care and listens to patient concerns. She makes sure to follow up. Highly experienced Dr providing clear expert advice. Would highly recommend as a heavily family physician.

Dr. Wali is an absolute gem. She is knowledgeable and so very kind. She has been my father's doctor for over 10 years (and counting) and we are so grateful for the time and care she provides at each and every appointment, follow-up call, etc. Thank you, Dr. Wali and staff, for all that you do!

Dr. Jyotika L. Wali has been our family physician since August 1992. She initially started to oversee my mother's care and coordination with other physician specialists at Loma Linda University. At the times we needed her medical guidance and intervention she was always there for my mother and family. With her excellent care, I had my mother for thirteen additional years. My mother passed at age 84 and I thank-you Dr. Wali for these additional years of having her in my life. Now I have developed medical issues and find her to be a very caring, competent and knowledgeable physician. On each visit, she is attentive listener and tries to meet my needs/requests. I have always appreciated in the almost thirty years of our family being under her care she consistently exceeds expectations and goes the full mile to assist. I am cognizant we are now living in uncertain times with the Covid 19 epidemic and so many multiple shootings which affect everyone. The Country, this week is trying to come to grip with 19 children being shot and killed along with two teachers. Society is changing and patience is limited and demands very high. The one thing that has not changed is doctors' oath to provide care and cause no harm. Patient's expectations too often exceed the legal boundaries of a physician. In leaving her office recently, I try to thank her for her service each visit but, it is becoming clear we need to show our medical providers more understanding and appreciation since they are on the front lines with exposure of a wide variety of issues. Dr. Wali, thank-you for your excellent care and supervision of my family and myself. You are appreciated. I wish I could provide you with more than 5 stars.

I would give her 0 stars if I could but this will Do. DO NOT see dr j wali if you actually care about your health or the health of a loved one. Both her and her staff have been very disappointing to work with. Dr wali notified us of major health concerns 6+ MONTHS after she was made aware via blood tests. She does not take her job seriously and is very negligent to her patients concerns. We called her office to JUST to refill a REGULAR AND NECESSARY prescription and got told we were required to have a phone appt with dr wali and pay a $35 copay. Ok cool? Did that but then both her and her staff have failed to send prescriptions to pharmacies - as promised. Overall, bad experience every single visit. Its all about the money here guys!! Find someone else!!!!!!!!

Just a username ( its me, Lynda M ) Dr Wali has been my primary care physician for almost 20 years.. She is such a wonderful physician, so compassionate and explains everything in specifics about all of my needs & questions.. Dr Wali is absolutely the most professional and highly educated skilled physician that I have ever had.. I had moved out of state for two years and chose to move back to return for her care of all of my health needs.. She is so understanding, extremely educated, she has given me so much that I honestly cannot even express my unlimited gratitude for her care of me.. I highly recommend Dr Jyotika Wali to everyone.. She is by far the most exceptional internal medicine doctor! I enjoy her staff very much, they have always treated me with care and kindness.. Thank you just so very much Dr Wali, youve cared so much for me and my many serious health issues.. I cant thank you enough, I will always have a very special place in my heart for you, you have gone so far out of your way to help me in every single way to benefit my many health conditions.. Youre a truly wonderful doctor and I am so sincerely grateful to be your patient! My greatest respects to you, always! Lynda M
