Please, please, for your own sake CALL YOUR INSURANCE to verify that you have bariatric coverage. These people wasted my time, strung me along for over a year without ever verifying that I had coverage. They put me through every test, class, and even went as far as ORDERING MY SURGERY without verifying my insurance would cover it. Theyve known for two months that it wasnt going to be covered, and neglected to pick up the phone and tell me. They couldnt provide me any information about self pay or payment plans, and basically told me I had no options anymore. They wasted 14 months of my life, and I couldve already had the surgery elsewhere. Save yourself the heartache, and go to Clovis or Fresno Community.
