        I really enjoy both the variety of exercises and the three day rotation of routines. It's a great workout for only 36 minutes and after several months l've seen a significant increase in body strength, my core it noticably fit! The staff is very friendly, approachable and encouraging. I highly recommend checking out Fit36!
