From Start to finish - Amazing ! The previous home owner had put on out roof 35 years ago He remarked on how quick, and professional the team was. City building inspector stated : I see you used Malarkey Tiles, Those are so much better than any other tile Yes, they did a grest job before and after. The entire process they were courteous. Trash pick up was immediate. The Plywood layer had no gaps. They halfway inspection passed easily. All the manufactured edges were placed at the roof line. The final result is pristine. We were approachrd by 50+ companies Charging more money, for less service. Teen Agers trying to sell us services. From Sales ti Service They answer the phone Have an actual location where we could make our payments (Job Payments not Loan Payments) They COMMUNICATE !!!! the while time Just Quality and Courtesy - Try and get thst anywhere else. Research Malarkey Roof Tiles !!! Do not use anything else - They are general contractors and will be doing concrete work, and rain gutters. They vet any sub contractors in advance - Not fly by night - Hite and run Go - Nowhere - Else - RB / MF - Clovis 03/25/2024
