Lacking in customer service. They recently completed A roof repair on my home. Let them know I wanted to move forward with the repair, said they be in contact played phone tag a few times and one morning a repair crew just showed up. I just happened to be home about to walk out the door. Then that even evening when I arrived home I realized all the debris that was cleaned off my roof was now in my pool. I contacted Allstate, via phone call message and e- mail to discuss this and after almost a week no response regarding my concern. Service: Roof repair

I recently purchased a home and a roof inspection had been completed by Allstate that had been ordered by my realtor. I decided to move forward with the repairs. I was told scheduling would be in contact, Didn't confirm a date/time with me just showed up one morning and I was leaving. When I returned home that evening I discovered that the debris they cleared off my roof was now in my pool. I reached out via phone message and e-mail to discuss this or at least to receive some acknowledgement about my concern , NOTHING .
