The worst PO I ever experience! 0 to 10, they certain get ZERO!
They need to upgrade to modernize. People still line-up and wait for their mails about 45 minutes to 1 and a half hours.
The employee there pretend that they are very busy, but they are not. They go to the back to look for your packages, it takes at least 20 minutes.
I am going to video tape them and show to the public. This is in Cuba, not the USA.

Dont even deserve 1 star. I moved over a month ago now. I had to pay $50 fee to this post office so they can replace the lock to my box in my new apartment so they can get me the key to the mail box also. Here I am a month later and still nothing. I have had to take time off of work to come in, about 2 weeks ago, and ask about the progress and to see where my mail is. The woman said they still dont have my key &has zero clue when it will be ready. They also had none of my mail. No idea where my mail is going if they didnt have it and I have no access to my box. I filed a case with the customer service just for the guy with this office to call me and say they have a theft issue (which has been ongoing for many years so it isnt new) and is the reason they are so behind! The theft issue is not new, its been ongoing for many years so why are you still short staffed and have no solution yet?!? I am expecting important document as Im due for surgery this coming week and I still have no key! Unacceptable! But they are very quick to collect $ from you or nothing gets done, you pay them and still nothing gets done! Just ridiculous! If anyone knows how or where to file a formal complaint against the office and postal service in general please let me know! This is unacceptable, this is the reason why you have so many come in with the same issue everyday to this office and you say the same thing to everyone we have a theft issue, again it isnt new. You should have had a solution in place years ago! Not only that, the workers are always in a bad mood like its our fault they are understaffed.. complain to your superiors not us!
