Such a great spot to get everything done, the staff is trying their best to get you in and out, compared to the main USPS offices that have lines all day long because of poor quality of service. You can get all at one place, print, xerox, scan, fax, Privet Mail Boxes, Postal Services, PG&E and a lot of other bill payments, Jewelry repair and a small store. All in one place and all great. Highly recommend!

Great place, great staff, helpful and kind. I have no idea how they deal with the psychopaths that come in there daily, but props to them for doing it. Seen it myself. Keep up the great work everyone!

Would not have written this review had the owner of this private postal boxes not continued to exhibit his cunning ways, and refuse to refund the money for PO Box (misunderstood by wife to be of USPS), purchased on Friday, 2/16/2024. On 2/17/2024, I had accompanied my wife to the business to cancel the private mail box after realization of the mistake, post our visit to Post Office, when the USPS employee told us that the PO Box cost $189 for the year and not $288.40 as charged by the contractor. However, when we made the request, the son of the business owner said he could not help and advised that we meet with his father on Monday. Finally on 2/19, my wife visited the business and requested cancellation and refund. The owner vehemently refused refund but after prolonged arguments, he refunded the money less $28.40 (for keys and 3% credit card charges), despite the fact that the keys had not been collected. A complaint will follow to the City of Fresno, CA department of consumer affairs and BBB if applicable. To have a private mail box contractor in the premises of USPS can mislead ignorant and unsavvy customers. P.S: The response by the owner speaks of his customer service and politeness. "I gave her a refund which we never do. But her husband and her were rude obnoxious . We've been in business for 30 years, but some people apparently think they could get what they want by raising their voice and being obnoxious and rude I explained to her to send her husband in so I could explain what had happened but yet now she rides a bad review after I did everything they wished ." "The husband threatened me, I was shocked and I'm glad that I gave him the money back from future reference they should educate themselves before they open their mouth." If a customer realizes within 24 hours that a wrong choice had been made and does not wish to have a PMB the business ought to refund the amount without getting into argument and making provocative statements. If a customer is not satisfied with the dealings of a business, consumer has the right to take up the issue with the Better Business Bureau or government agency dealing with such issues. That is not a threat but a step to resolve the issue. This will be clarified by presenting the matter to the CA Department of Consumer Affairs; now that the owner has made derogatory remarks on a lady who continued to be most polite throughout the conversation.
