        Caleb is THE BEST! He really goes above and beyond for the customers. I was leaving after closing time and had no idea I was locked in the store. They let me shop without pressure and I honestly had no clue they were closing. When they went to let me out, there was a young man with his mom outside. They were upset they didn't make it in time to get a Valentine's gift for the young man's girlfriend. Caleb let them in and saved his Valentine's day. He could have easily said the store was closed, but he was happy to help them.

        The absolute worse customer service in Fresno. I came here on Friday my balloons were deflated by the evening. Came back Saturday morning to have the ballon bouquet redone and was promised a 15 min wait and was made to wait appx an hour. The girls behind the counter are rude. I will never be back.

        Tim helped us out with our son's birthday party balloons he is truly an amazing worker he answered all of our questions and I had a few and we laughed and joked honestly an incredible worker answered all my questions with a smile on his face Thank you Tim keep up the great work
