        Nice variety of decorations and balloons. BUT the customer service SUCKS. I guess they hire people and don't teach them customer service or how to fill a simple balloon. Sarah the cashier, claimed she didn't know how to fill balloons. She didn't greet me or say have a nice day, or you're welcome. Zero manners. Manager also walked by and didn't offer any help. I waited 10 minutes for 6 balloons, store was not busy. They had 3 customers. Next time im ordering decorations online.

        If someone calls inquiring about a certain foil balloon in stock, please make sure to let them know that this location cannot fill those with helium. I drove 30 minutes to Burbank, only to find out about this law with a fake apology and option to fill it with airwho would even get that if its not going to float? Honestly ruined my mood, and I hate having to leave negative reviews but this is crucial information you should mention to customers who call about foil balloons. Wasted my gas and time
