        They share your records without release. No respect for patients. It's like Dr. Nelson has exempt herself from professional ethics. Oh, and be prepared to have your face scanned at virtual appointments. Basically, in this practice you are not a private patient, you are a prisoner or convict of some sort. BE WARNED. I honestly don't know where the Department of Health and Human Services is looking. SHAME of a medical practice!!!

        Impossible to get an appointment if you are sick, they just dont want you in their offices and suggest Urgent Care! Ive been a patient at internal medicine for 30 years and am currently looking for a different doctor
