This medical group is an actual joke. Ive called multiple times to make sure they took my insurance plus one time through my insurance to make sure they accepted it and each time they canceled my appointment and claimed they dont take my insurance two days before my appointment that Ive scheduled 3 weeks in advanced. This place needs to do better. You can find better else where. I would not even waste your time scheduling they will just cancel.

Horrible experience at the obgyn. Very dark and eerie feeling. Bad vibes here. Also, the staff with the exception of 1 had very standoffish vibes. It was obvious they did not want to help me or want me there.

Made multiple appts each time it was cancelled. The last appointment was cancelled and I was sent a rescheduled date. He wasnt there for the rescheduled date either.

I had wasted a month trying to get ahold of another ob but i got my referral switched to here and it took them only a week to get me scheduled and seen so thankful for them definitely recommend. the staff is so nice also

My pcp referred me to this office in Late June . Im having some health issues that are very concerning. This office has cancelled my appointment 4 times. Each time with a ridiculous excuse. They cancelled an appointment with a doctor then rescheduled it for a month later. I waited that one month to see that doctor only for them to tell me a few days prior to the appointment that the dr is no longer accepting patients. How does that happen?? Why was I scheduled and waiting for this doctor if he doesnt take new patients. Waste of my time. All I got was Im sorry but we have to reschedule. I waited another month for someone else and they cancelled again. Got another appoint for September with an doctor. They called again a week prior stating doctor unavailable that day But stated they can get me in 2 weeks to see an NP. Im an overly nice person, I dont like to complain so I said fine Ill take it And guess what they called AGAIN for the 4th time to cancel. They told me that this NP is missing some kind of certificate/or class and isnt allowed to see patients. Its ridiculous Im so frustrated and upset. I asked to please be squeezed in to see someone else and the response I got was sorry we dont have anything available right now. Ill have to wait for the next available date. Zero regard for my need to be seen, my health, my time. Ive given up and requested a new referral elsewhere from my pcp Dont go here. Its very obvious they dont care.Im considering calling my health plan and filing a grievance/complaint against this office. My advice to this office dont accept referrals or make appointments if you dont have the capacity to have everyone seen. Refer us to see another provider elsewhere. That would be better than wasting our time and delaying our care.
