The dental services are amazing but the reason I only gave 2 stars is the Optometrist services which I haven't received. After waiting for almost a month they called a couple days before the appointment to reschedule for a week later for no reason then 2 days before that appointment they call again to reschedule for a month later and when I asked that's all that can do she hung up on me and and sent a email with the appointment change. They seem unprofessional, unorganized and a lack of respect and concern for there patients for a new optometry office.

Amazing and helpful doctors! Clean and great space! Only downside is the referrals department that dont do their job until you bother them 5+ times to do it. If you are a complex patient or have a chronic illness, dont go here. Itll take a month or more to process a single referral, imagine fighting for them to process 3-4 of them. Honestly considering switching healthcare offices solely due to the referrals department

Provider Adriela Sanchez was literally so great. She Attended to every concern I expressed and both MAs Jessica and Isabella were nice and welcoming!

The facility looked spacious, clean and the staff were helpful and fast. My visit went great, starting from the medical assistant who roomed me and prepared me for PA Kinsman who addressed all of my complaints. Great costumer service. I would highly recommend.

Visit was today 2/19/24 at 8:15. When walking in the front desk informed us to continue to go up to see the 2nd floor to check in. The medical assistant front desk person on 2nd floor was super nice and helpful. When called to the back (wait time) 5mins. Medical Assistant in the back (Rosa) was very nice and made us feel very comfortable she talked to us about different things and my daughter said she feels comfortable there . When Esmeralda Diaz MD walked (waited for 3-4 mins) in to meet with us. She was very nice and listened to all our concerns. She was NOT pushy nor tried to just prescribe meds. She referred us out and got things working on her end. I will definitely be referring family and friends to her. The facility was very nice and clean. Thank you to all who assisted us as a new patient.
