I have medication that I was told I cannot skip a day on and have on 2 separate occasions over a 7 month span gotten down to one pill left before the refill was approved. The last occasion I called several times only to find out that they changed locations and numbers without so much as an email,phone call, or message through their own app. This borders on medical negligence at the least. If you can go somewhere else I would advise so. I left multiple messages to no avail. I tried asking the nurse over the phone what I should do in case I can't get the medication prescribed in time and I got a run around with no direct answer, along with a witness listening to the call. It seems they don't care about your actual health and are more centered on monetary benefits over their patients well being. If you need medical prescribed it can only be done "through the nurse, if she is in office on the days" that you need. So good luck if you run out on medical before then

They take a long time to attend, take my daughter and XK is older, they left me last. I had the appointment at 2 and left at 6 pm, I think it's not fair

Took my son in for his physical and immunizations to the 290 wayte Ln location. The LVN Elizabeth in the children's services office was the health professional that assisted us that day. She was awesome to say the least. Very patient, sweet, and explained everything in detail with me. Fast friendly professional service from her and the rest of the staff at this location.
