And pushed to prematurely release my mother from a great skilled nursing facility where she was to gain strength to walk again.We all knew she couldn't walk yet but they said she was able to walk 50 to75 steps with minimal assistance which Was not true at all,Against our request my mother came home and she fell as soon as she got home trying to get from her wheelchair to her bed.Went to Fresno community to get x-rays and 24 hrs later they put her in another facility that is crappy,old and much further away from her family and forgot about her ,She's not the same person that first went in.Shes confused ,can't finish sentences,seems out of it or on something,The doctor WILL NOT return phone calls from the family ,We are desperate for help and some proper medical attention,and are very concerned at this point .They promised all kinds of support and help and so far we haven't seen or heard from them .This is a Crime !! My mother is a beautiful and kind person that deserves so much better than this ,Everyone does .Step up Welbe Health or your gonna have a lawsuit on your hands.All LIVES MATTER!!

image I would like to share my experience working at Welbe for nearly two years as a Complex Care Coordinator. From the outset, challenges emerged in our team's communication and understanding of the complex care responsibilities. The lack of clarity and support from my supervisor, Virginia, made it difficult to navigate my role effectively. The initial months were marked by uncertainty, as our complex care team in Fresno was still finding its footing. Despite my attempts to seek guidance from Virginia, I often received responses like "I just started, I don't know either," leaving me feeling isolated and uninformed. Welbe's approach to launching new teams seemed haphazard, leading to confusion and frustration. The company's culture in Fresno appeared less collaborative than advertised, with team members struggling to comprehend essential aspects of their roles. Despite being remote, I faced obstacles attending crucial meetings and gaining insights into our team's operations. A significant hurdle was the absence of an LVN in Fresno for the first five months. While I excelled at hospital communication, I encountered resistance when attempting to visit facilities. Virginia's reluctance to involve me in certain tasks and meetings, citing them as beyond my scope, hindered my ability to contribute fully. The addition of an LVN, Paola, brought a new set of challenges. Discrepancies in managing time off requests and an incident involving Paola's absence during her mommy makeover recovery further strained team dynamics. The unequal treatment of time off requests and Virginia's insistence that I accommodate Paola's schedule raised concerns about fairness. As Paola faced conflicts with team members, I observed an increase in my workload without proportional recognition or support. The lack of transparency in decision-making eroded trust, culminating in a situation where I felt unsupported during a personal crisis involving a stalker targeting my family. Attempts to address workload imbalances and request reasonable time off were met with resistance. Virginia's attempt to manipulate my PTO schedule to appease Paola's preferences further heightened tension. The situation escalated to a point where I sought HR intervention and learned that my concerns were justified. The work environment became increasingly toxic, marked by Paola's negative behavior and Virginia's questionable management decisions. The final straw came when Virginia, instead of addressing concerns, initiated a meeting that felt like an ambush, further eroding any sense of professional collaboration. The decision to leave Welbe was difficult but necessary for my well-being. Post-employment, I continued to witness issues such as delayed payments to vendors, emphasizing systemic communication challenges within the organization.
While I appreciate the positive aspects of my experience, the prevalent issues at Welbe Pace, particularly in Fresno, overshadowed any sense of job satisfaction. I hope this feedback contributes to the improvement of workplace dynamics and communication within the organization.

image Wellbe really had me fooled, I been there 3 months and my son is my provider and he hadn't got paid yet, he lost his second job because of the difficulty getting processed, it's too much. He's getting evicted and grandchildren have no Christmas because Wellbe promises back pay and now they're story changing. I'm so depressed and I just don't want to go through it. I'm so disappointed for leaving PACE

image This company puts on a show, that they care about their patients. They took 1 of their patient's to 1 psychology appt ( just to show the family) then never again. Also never paid for the claim for the Psychologist. They are scammers, be aware!

image (BEWARE WELBE HEALTH WILL DELETE REVIEWS WHEN THE TRUTH IS OUT!!!) As former Employee who've been there a little over 2 years, I would not recommend anyone to work within this company. Clinic is a Toxic and hostile work environment. You have management who threaten your job when there is no communication. Welbe Health is a fast growing company, but it is run by idiots. Management doesn't acknowledge the good workers, but instead they tolerate toxic behaviors from MA members who influence new MA team to act the same as them , which caused good workers to leave the company. There is no communication with Clinic Manager and Clinic Director, instead they just give job tasks they don't even understand themselves. Management would tell you to do it one way then when you do as you're told, they get mad because it wasn't communicate to them because it wasn't done how they wanted and when staff ask for direct communication so there is no confusion or miscommunication; There is no response from Management. And if Clinic is short staff, Management don't step in to help, they let provider, MA's, and other clinic staff team member drown/struggle in clinic and continue to add more job tasks. They micromanage instead manage the clinic. Clinic Manager Daphne Garcia have threaten staff their job and stated that "they can have our job posted the same day." She is unprofessional and hostile and Clinic Director Matria Caviness allows her to continue to make these threats on multiple occasions. It's like walking on eggshell everyday and it affects you're well-being/Mental health. I have worked at Fresno Pace and I've have never been so unhappy that it affected my Mental Health. Emotionally and Mentally, Welbe Health was killing me slowly. There is no work and family life balance there. You're over work and you take work home after hours and on the weekend. They go against their Welbe value/way, " Courage to love." There is more bullying in clinic. Management allow it to happen and would give a blind eye when staff would address the issues, but doesn't do anything to solve the problem. They praise and acknowledge bad behavior from other staff who doesn't help pull weight in clinic such as allowing the same MA/staff to continue cause bad behaviors, calls out, or coming in late. These are the same staff who always causes issues with another staff members. There is no accountability. Welbe Health could be a great company, but a lot of changes need to happen. Management needs to stop making excuses because it is a new company(Growing pain) and take accountability. They need to make better changes for the company for patient care. If they continue on the path, they're on, they will continue to keep losing the good workers. I put my heart and soul into this company, but management did not care for their staff/clinic team. There is no structure, but the company just wants to continue bringing on more prt. The prt is just becoming numbers and there is a lack of care because the clinic is becoming more of a circus run by Clinic Managements who are full of idiots and have lack of training from not only Management but also Providers, MA's, etc. No one knows what they're doing because
they need more training. MA's and other clinic staff continue to pass the bucket
when it comes to patient care. Instead of asking questions, they forward the workload to a different staff member to complete. This has also been addressed to management on multiple occasions, and no actions or accountability have been made. Clinic staff continued to pass the bucket when work was directed to them to complete. The only people who will be hurting are the Patients, if things don't change.
