Please please listen to the reviews. The girls in the front office seem sooooo confused. My appointment was at 9:25 am I got there at 9:05 bc I like to be punctual. They wanted me to wait over an HOUR for an appointment. With my previous appointments at Saint Agnes I got seen in like 2 minutes every single visit. In order to transfer I needed my records on the phone she told me it would be 72 hours for them to receive it. when I walked back into sign the release she said it's gonna be 2 weeks? And if I wanted to pick up my report I'd have to pay 25 extra dollars for any additional pages. So it would be better to fax it. I DOUBT they will with how unorganized this place is. Also if you are sensitive to certain smells this place smells like glade plug-ins. Like dead ass EVERY room has a plug-in it gave me such a headache. Also They make you pee in like these cheap ass Dixie cups. NEW MOMS, FIND LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. Seriously.

This place is a scam. I have never been to any type of providers office where you have to make an appointment for test results. You of course have to pay the copay for that appoint too! I asked if there was any way to get results over the phone and they said no. I asked for a copy of my medical records and instead they sent me a letter saying that I will dropped as a patient for noncompliance with appointments Okay. Ill definitely be finding a new provider!

IF I CAN GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! I HAD TO RESCHEDULE DUE TO A FAMILY EMERGENCY AND MY MENSTRUAL STARTING AND THEY TOLD ME TA HAT IF I DIDNT SHOW UP TO THIS NEXT APPOINTMENT I WOULD BE DROPPED MIND YOU SHE (HER NAME IS LETICIA) DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME THE NEW DATE YET! I TOLD HER I WANTED TO CANCEL ALTOGETHER BECAUSE I FELT THAT THAT WAS WEIRD. THEN AFTER I EXPLAINED YO HER HOW I FELT THAT WAS OFF I DIDNT CURSE AT HER NOR DID I CALL HER OUT HER NAME OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT BUT I DID GET HUNG UP ON. IVE READ YHE REVIEWS BEFORE I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND STILL DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE AND NOW I SEE WHAT OTHERS WERE TALKING ABOUT. SHE TOLD ME ID BE DROPPED BUT CLEARLY I DODGED A BULLET !
