I started Brizzfit in December of 23..I'm a person that doesn't like working regularly but joining Brizzfit I get excited about going..she is THE BEST fitness coach in Fresno..her training is sure to get you results. Joining Brizzfit has been the best lifestyle change I have made and will continue with her.

I have been training with Brizz for a year and have lost over 60lbs. I was sitting at home wanting and wishing for something to change in my life as at 42 yrs old and a wife and mother, I felt like I was losing my spark. I reached out on FB to friends about a workout gym/trainer that I could have fun with and Brizz was my referral. I signed up the following month and with her guidance and encouragement I have not looked back since. The community and love all us women have for each other, to see each other succeed means everything to me. No Gym-timidation here we are all about Women Power!!

So flipping HAPPY I found Brizz in October 2023! I was at a point in my life that I was hungry for change especially when I was told I didn't match well to be my dad's kidney donor due to my weight. I walked in the gym and instantly felt this energy that was encouraging. Loosing weight is hard, but doing it in a non-judgmental environment filled with women makes this journey smoother. I highly recommend this gym to every woman who needs a trainer who will push them to their goals.

I started going to bizzfit in March of 2023 and couldn't continue due to my schedule. But this year I told myself I'm going to make it work, and I did. I started back up January 2024 and it was a great decision. I've lost 12lbs in 8weeks. Great group of women (no judgement at all) all the women are very supportive and motivating. Briz is awesome and a great coach. Its always a good vibe at Brizzfit!
