Doyenne Barbell and Fitness LLC

I had a great time at this gym! I was able to attend the Glute Bootcamp hosted by Taylor for the first time. She has an awesome training style as she takes the girls through a workout that varies from using the weights, resistance bands and a series of ab circuits. Her energy is what really brings out the class! Overall, this facility is catered to women and such a safe place! Its a rare gem!! Highly recommend, my only regret is not finding this spot sooner.

I can't say enough good things about this gym!! Made by women for women. I have been to many gyms and have never felt more comfortable or included as I do at Doyennes. The classes they off keep me motivated, and knowing that other wonderful women will be joining the class gives me a sense of being held accountable. I've attended every class offered, and the coaches make you feel so welcome. They show you how to use the equipment properly while making sure that you have good form so you don't injure yourself. If you have any questions or concerns, they will answer and not make you feel like the questions you ask are silly. Doyennes is open 24/7, and you can bring a friend after 8 pm. What more could you ask for!?!?

I went by this store Saturday and got yelled at by the woman inside. I was headed to Poke Bowl next door and it was closed, I thought Barbell was too. No sign up to know then woman came out and asked what was up while next to her car. I didn't need the questions or harassment.
