I have to say I LOVE VALLEY FITNESS! They have everything you could imagine. Workout classes, nutrition, extra (sauna, pool, massages chair and more). When I was first interested in this gym I spoke to Kelly on the phone. She was so sweet and answered all my questions and encourage me to come check it out in person. When I arrived she let me know they have a week pass to check it out . Kelley gave me a tour around and showed me everything. As I toured the place members would say Hi and so did the staff. It didnt feel like ugh a newbie. I was mainly interested in the fit bootcamp, that where I met the wonderful Larry! He is the main coach for the bootcamp instructor. I love that hes professional and will give you that one on one help out on the floor. Larry has been wonderful and so high spirited each and every day every class I love that he joins in on our workout/cool downs rather than just tell us and thats it. Larry really wants to help you in anyway he can with education, check-in, one on one help or be a guide to your journey. Im really sad that I didnt know about this gym till now. I would have 100% been going here than trying out my previous options. This gym is so welcoming and would recommend the mora gym to any and everyone.

Very welcoming, variety of exercise equipment to choose from, including heated swimming pool, sauna, massage chairs, racquet ball courts, great location, close to public transport facilities.
