        They took over Bank of the West and now our accounts both, personal & biz are screwed up! No one answers the phone here or downtown & I've been trying for months to get access again to our biz checking and cards for months. I can't prep our taxes while missing 7 months of biz info. 1 banker here has been helpful, but I have to wait for her to call me since staff don't care about answering the phone. This has been ridiculous! We've been banking with Bank of the West since 2011-12 but after this change we may switch all our accounts elsewhere since the service is horrible.

        horrible bank... The employees, the policies and how they treat people. All horrible, hopefully BMO clears house and gets people in here that are competent.. I would NEVER bank here

        States drive thru is open til 6pm. That's a BIG FAT LIE. If they meant lobby is open til 6pm thats also another lie. Got to bank at 5:35 pm and they were closed already.
