Northbrook Apartments (Northbrook Management)

Some dirtbag Named David Hussein has bought this complex. Raised rent and chopped down almost all of the nice trees they had here. There is an article from 2019 on ABC 30 about this guy. He raised rent at a Clovis apartment. Banned Christmas decorations stopped allowing pets at the apartment and seniors and veterans had to move out due to the high cost of rent. Beware!

I moved here over 10 years ago. This year the property was purchased and it has gone to sh!t ever since. The 1st thing the new owner did was increase everyone's rent, while simultaneously reducing all of our amenities. We lost on site landscapers who also kept the property clean of litter, now there's trash and dog poop everywhere. We lost on site maintenance who would respond to service calls within 24 hours. We lost on call security guards, so now we find transients sleeping in our laundry rooms. We lost Pest Control, so now everything is covered in spider webs. And just this week the new owners filled both of our swimming pools with dirt! The greed in these new people is glowing. We were all notified that we cannot decorate our patios, because the new guys want to "clean up the property" but they have actually ruined it one month at a time. Tyrants!!

I didn't want to put no star because they're not worth Stars here it's very ugly they took everything away from everybody's patios took their pools down close to mouth there's a guy out there drilling right now making a lot of noise they don't want people to have fun in the summer here I wouldn't even give him a star but it won't let me compliment but anyway they're trashy with roaches bed bugs everything else you name i the rent sky high the raisin' it more poor people can't hardly afford to live that's why there's so many homeless people on the streets cuz people like Northbrook

I lived her for a long time. The manager is awesome, and she respond fast to fix orders, and she is very professional.

Great property even better property manager. Rainy was great very helpful with all my questions,  cant wait to move in.
