        If I could give a Zero I would! These people have no clue what they are doing basically been without power for 2 days food is spoiled and the complex has absolutely no timetable as to when our power will be restored.

        I Have been a resident here since they first opened their doors, i started in a 1br and expanded to a 2br, during that time there have been a lot of managers most of them being terrible. up until the regional manager stepped in and finally started making a difference, we even got Christmas dcor up this year, then all of a sudden management changed to another company, and phone lines are not being answered. We all have questions about this months rent and what we owe or how to pay and again no one bothers to update the residents on office hours or answer phones. hoping this gets better.

We have recently taken over management and are working very diligently to answer calls as they come in and respond to voicemails and emails.
