I called them and a man answered the phone. I asked him if they had any pick-ups available. He would not tell me unless I gave have him my full name. I asked him why, and he became irate and told me to go look online instead. Needless to say he did not finish his sentence before I hung up the phone. STAY AWAY!

This is the worst experience I've ever had in my life. I made a reservation for a truck and had to use the self check in through your phone because they didn't open till 11am. Gave a credit card, bought the insurance and when I arrived the whole thing wouldn't work. Their system wouldn't do anything it was supposed to. And when I tried customer support they wanted me to provide them with 2 contacts to verify me. Had I known that I would've contacted those people to make sure they answered the phone. But they called before I could get ahold of them so they just cut me off. They might mention that you need your contact list to verify you beforehand. Worst nightmare ever. I hope I don't lose all my stuff since I was supposed to be moved out today.

Dont come here. Worst truck rental experience of my life. No one on-site. You call someone that doesnt pick up. Once they pick up they take forever to help. TERRIBLE.
