        I got 15' truck. It was at 109 thousand miles. Truck was downshifting when I take my foot off of the gas pedal when I was going downhill, which is cool. But it was having hard time getting back to higher gear when I put my foot back on the pedal. It was very uncomfortable drive as most of my drive was uphill then downhill highway. I was trying to manage the highway speed at the gear that is two gear lower than the supposed one, with an engine that is running at 5k RPM.

        The CSR could tell you that there needs to be an on-line evaluation of the equipment BEFORE leaving the depot. I didn't realize it until I was at home and saw the text message. You can't do the evaluation from home, it has to occur at the pick up depot.
