A great place to do the hands-on portion of CPR, First Aid, AED, etc. training! Both online and in-person courses were very informative and instructor gave great feedback. Steps were easy to follow and facility was clean and convenient to find.

Was able to reach someone for assistance both directly as well as via text. The course itself is straightforward and adaptive, based on your base knowledge. Throughout the course it would periodically ask a couple of questions to test your base knowledge. The program is then said to adapt the modules based on correct vs incorrect answers. The more correct, the quicker to complete each module. The skills portion did not initially go as smoothly as anticipated. The mask portion of the breathing bag had to be positioned just right in order to squeeze adequate air per attempt. I found myself having to redo a couple of the CPR with ventilation mock drills a couple times until I got the right position , seal, & head back/ chin up angle for optimal air flow. Otherwise, covers whats needed and can work through the study modules at your pace.
